在经济全球化和竞争国际化的今天,钢铁集团在全球的经济活动过程中展开了激励的竞争。因此,如何才能够加强我国钢铁集团的资金财务管理,已经成为备受关注的问题之一。本文通过分析我国相关钢铁集团企业在集中管理公司资金过程中常运用的模式、以及选择模式的提前等,尝试从中找出和我国的钢铁集团战略以及特征相符合的正确模式。
In today’s economic globalization and the internationalization of competition, the Iron and Steel Group has launched stimulating competition in the global economic activities. Therefore, how to strengthen the financial management of China’s iron and steel group has become one of the most concerned issues. This article attempts to find out the correct mode that is consistent with the strategy and characteristics of China’s iron and steel enterprises by analyzing the patterns that China’s related iron and steel enterprises often use in the process of centralized management of the company’s funds and the advance of selection mode.
