在传统的教学中,教师负责教、学生负责学。教师是知识的占有者、传授者,对于学生来说,教师是知识库、活教科书。教师教多少、学多少、怎么教怎么学。教学是教师和学生双边互动的过程,所以在新课标中强调教学是教师与学生互相交流沟通以及启发的过程,在这个过程中,教师与学生能够对互相的经验以及知识进行分享,从而得到全新的发现,使得教学相长的目的真正得到实现。
