应用彩色多普勒超声心动图对先天性心脏病肺动脉压力的评价方法报道不一。作者选用三尖瓣返流法计算肺动脉压与心脏手术时肺动脉内压力测定相对比，其相关性明显优于其它方法。
The application of color Doppler echocardiography in congenital heart disease evaluation of pulmonary artery pressure varies. The authors selected tricuspid regurgitation method to calculate the pulmonary artery pressure and cardiac surgery compared to the determination of pulmonary artery pressure, the correlation was significantly better than other methods.
