铁矿石选矿的效益在很大程度上取决于据以作出决定的经济方法和判据的完善性。目前,在不同精矿量和回收率水平的条件下,对铁矿石选矿的最佳决定,是根据生产一吨生铁的最低折算费用来选择的。然而,这种方法不尽完善,因应用这一方法时,对不同采选企业的相同的选矿果结,会作出不同的评价。通常,矿石的价值愈高,精矿中铁的回收率对生产一吨精矿和生铁的折算费用大小的影响就愈明显。
The efficiency of iron ore beneficiation depends to a large extent on the perfection of economic methods and criteria upon which the decision is made. At present, the best decision for beneficiation of iron ore at different concentrate levels and recoveries is based on the lowest conversion cost for producing one tonne of pig iron. However, this method is not perfect because of the different evaluation of the same beneficiation results of different mining enterprises when applying this method. In general, the higher the value of the ore, the greater the effect of iron concentrate recovery on the conversion cost of producing one tonne of concentrate and pig iron.
