本文提出一种新的圆光栅均匀性和调制度检测方法。通过对莫尔信号的离散采集和数字化处理,可以抽样获取某些位置的信号平均幅值和调制度,在进一步的数据处理下可获得平均幅值漂移率。利用这种数字化检测方法不需要附加外部设备,实现了以软件工作代替原来人工、机构和硬件完成的工作;整个过程自动化,由计算机自动输出结果,速度快。另外,采用这种数字化方法有利于实现圆光栅多个指标的同时检测,计算机的数据处理功能已使某种意义上的信号质量改善得以实现。
In this paper, a new method for detecting the uniformity and modulation of circular grating is proposed. Through the discrete acquisition and digitization of Moiré signals, the average signal amplitudes and modulations of the signals at certain positions can be sampled and the average amplitude drift rate can be obtained with further data processing. The use of this digital detection method does not require additional external equipment, to achieve a software work instead of the original manual, institutions and hardware to complete the work; the whole process of automation, the computer automatically output the results, faster. In addition, the digital method is conducive to the simultaneous detection of multiple indices of a circular grating, and the data processing function of the computer has enabled some sense of signal quality improvement.
