目的对比分析MRA和DSA诊断颅内动脉瘤的临床价值差异。方法选取198例可疑颅内动脉瘤的患者,发病3d内均分别进行DSA和MRA检查,比较2种方法诊断颅内动脉瘤的差异。结果 DSA诊断颅内动脉瘤的灵敏度、特异度及准确度均高于MRA,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DSA在诊断颅内动脉瘤中相对MRA具有较高的灵敏度、特异度和准确度,具有较高的诊断价值,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the clinical value of MRA and DSA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods A total of 198 patients with suspected intracranial aneurysms were enrolled in this study. DSA and MRA were performed on the 3 days after the onset of intracranial aneurysms. The differences between the two methods in diagnosing intracranial aneurysms were compared. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of DSA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms were all higher than those of MRA. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions DSA has higher sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms, which is of high diagnostic value and worthy of clinical application.
