商业地产发展业态商业地产按其业务形态可以大致分为区域大型 SHOPPINGMALL、购物中心、专业市场和社区商业四种形式。(1)SHOPPINGMALL1999年,北京商委在十五规划中提出:要在四环沿线建设四个大型 SHOPPINGMALL。目前金源 MALL 作为西北的 MALL 已经在2004年10月份开业:北部的中关村国际商城已经开始招商;东部的 MALL 定为位于孙河的春天 MALL,因为土地供应而受阻东南的 MALL则是位于亦庄的北京 MALL,由于规划问题和开发商的资金问题而胎死腹中。
