近日,广州市第一高楼“西塔”项目招标报名截止,三家本地地产巨头——富力(2777.HK)、恒大(500052.SZ)、城建总以及两家来自香港的地产大鳄——新世界(0017.HK)、新鸿基(0016.HK)报名参与了这场备受关注的角逐。作为地标性建筑,“西塔”设计高度为432米,投资额高达60亿元。广州市土地交易中心确定的正式开标时间为9月15日,上述五大地产豪门已展开一场激烈较量。
Recently, Guangzhou City, the first high-rise “West Tower ” project bidding deadline, the three local real estate giant - R & F (2777.HK), Evergrande (500052.SZ), Urban Construction and two from Hong Kong real estate predators - - New World (0017.HK), Sun Hung Kai (0016.HK) sign up for this much watched race. As a landmark building, “West Tower ” design height of 432 meters, the investment amounted to 60 billion yuan. Guangzhou Land Exchange Center to determine the official opening time for the September 15, the five real estate giants have started a fierce battle.
