罗×男15岁学生患者于两年前,偶然发现右下睑生一肿块,生长缓慢,无疼痛。于1986年2月17日就诊。眼部检查:右下睑皮肤色正常。外下方隆起,可扪及一个约1×1×0.5cm的肿块与皮肤无粘连,与睑板粘连,较硬,肿块外下侧边界欠清。无压痛。结膜相直部位充血。双眼球位置,运动正常。诊断右下睑霰粒肿。在做霰粒肿刮除术中发现,位置与外下相连,切开后并无囊液刮除。术后包块仍未缩小。在3月11日又一次在外下穹窿部切口,切开后见

In March 11 again in the outer fornix incision, after cut see
