With the establishment of the socialist market economic system and the restoration of the status of negotiations on the GATT status, China will launch several major reform measures this year. In addition to the current reforms in the financial, fiscal, taxation, investment, and foreign exchange management systems, measures will be introduced to reform the import management system.
