大学生打工似乎成了我国大学生维权领域的一个“死角”。大学生打工维权难的关键,在于大学生假期打工不受《劳动法》的保护,维权时无法可依。此外,大学生自身维权意识不强也导致劳务纠纷解决困难。
University students seem to have become part of the field of rights protection of our university students a “dead end.” The key to college students' hard work in safeguarding their rights is that they are not protected by the “Labor Law” during their vacation work, and can not be defended when they exercise their rights. In addition, undergraduates' weak awareness of their rights protection also leads to difficulties in resolving labor disputes.
