本试验研究了灭幼脲1号对油松毛虫的毒力、幼虫的中毒死亡症状、松毛虫取食量及其对松毛虫幼虫期寄生天敌的影响。结果表明,灭幼脲1号对松毛虫的胃毒作用很强,LC_(50)在2—9ppm之间(4—5龄幼虫);主要作用方式是影响昆虫的脱皮变态;用灭幼脲处理的幼虫,前4天的食叶量没有明显变化,以后食量下降明显;对松毛虫幼虫期的两种主要寄生天敌——松毛虫狭颊寄蝇和黑侧沟姬蜂的影响不大。可望作为松毛虫综合防治的主要措施之一。
In this study, we investigated the toxicity of diflubenzuron-1 against Dendrolimus tabulaeformis, the death symptoms of larvae poisoning, the feeding amount of Dendrolimus punctatus and its effect on parasitoids in the larvae of Dendrolimus punctatus. The results showed that mefenoxuron 1 had a strong stomach toxicity to Dendrolimus punctatus, with LC 50 between 2-9 ppm (4-5 instar larvae). The main mode of action was to affect the insect peel paraquat. The larvae treated for the first four days had no significant changes in leaf mass, but their appetite decreased significantly thereafter. There were not significant effects on the main parasitic natural enemies of the pine caterpillars, namely, the entomogenous fungi of the pine caterpillars. It is expected to be one of the main measures for the comprehensive control of pine caterpillars.
