改革开放以来,随着我国经济的飞速发展,国内各中小型企业纷纷崛起,并且不断发展壮大。中小型企业的快速发展,是推动我国国民经济建设的重要途径,这不仅能支撑我国经济增长和维护社会稳定,优化我国的经济结构,还能增加人口就业机会。目前在这充满机遇与挑战的市场经济时代,如何在激烈的市场竞争中,使中小企业获得平稳发展,是现代化企业管理所要考虑的问题。就现阶段我国的中小型企业的发展而言,仍存在着较大的问题,因此本文就如何提升中小型企业管理,提出几点意见,以期对中小型企业的发展有一定的帮助,供大家参考。
Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid economic development in our country, all small and medium-sized domestic enterprises have risen one after another and have continued to grow and develop. The rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises is an important way to promote China’s national economic construction. This will not only support China’s economic growth and maintain social stability, but also optimize China’s economic structure and employment opportunities. At present, in an era of market economy full of opportunities and challenges, how to make the SMEs gain steady development in the fierce market competition is a problem to be considered in modern enterprise management. In terms of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country at this stage, there still exist major problems. Therefore, this article puts forward some suggestions on how to enhance the management of small and medium-sized enterprises, with a view to helping the development of small and medium-sized enterprises reference.
