在全球经济一体化的背景下,国内市场和国际市场逐渐的接轨。对于机械制造行业这个典型的微利行业来说,是一个巨大的威胁与挑战。而成本又是企业生产效益的关键因素,所以,控制生产成本是企业生产的必要条件。本文通过研究襄阳汽车轴承股份有限公司的自身生产状况,针对生产成本问题进行了一系列的分析,提出了机械行业成本实现精细化管理的关键措施是合理的生产计划和成本控制。
In the context of global economic integration, the domestic market and the international market gradually converge. This is a huge threat and challenge to the typical meager profit industry in the machinery manufacturing industry. The cost is a key factor in the production efficiency of enterprises, so controlling production costs is a necessary condition for production. This paper studies the production status of Xiangyang Automobile Bearing Co., Ltd. and analyzes a series of problems in view of the production cost. The key measures to realize the fine management of the cost in the machinery industry are reasonable production planning and cost control.
