患者男,81岁.阴囊红斑、瘙痒、灼痛2个月就诊.在外院予糖皮质激素软膏、抗真菌药物治疗未见好转.皮肤科情况:阴囊暗红斑,边界较清,无明显脱屑及其他改变.皮损组织病理示:表皮基本正常,真皮浅层毛细血管扩张明显,血管周围少量炎细胞浸润.诊断:红色阴囊综合征.治疗予以普瑞巴林75mg,2次/d口服,2周后红斑灼痛基本消退,随访2个月未复发.“,”A 81-year-old male presented with two-month history of erythema,itching and burning sensation on the bilateral inguinal regions and scrotum.Treatments with topical corticosteroids and antimycotics did not improve the lesion.Dermatological examination revealed well-demarcated erythema on the bilateral inguinal regions and scrotum without noticeable scaling or other abnormalities.Biopsy of the lesion showed normal epidermis,remarkable superficial telangiectasias and perivascular infiltration of inflammatory cells.A diagnosis of red scrotum syndrome was made.Erythema and burning sensation almost completely disappeared after two-week treatment with pregabalin 75mg twice daily.No recurrence occurred during the period of two-month follow-up.
