注重社会实践是高职院校在教学改革制度下的重点基础工作,对于高职院校将教学目标结合到德育、智育、体育全面素质发展的育人实践工作也有着重要促进作用。校方为了尽快实现育人实践长期规划目标,应当密切关注与社会实践工作相关的社会实践管理工作,充分评估并完善激励体系制度,以此提高院校实践育人工作的有效性,使院校学生群体在提高理论基础学习水平的同时,具备良好好的社会实践创新能力素养。
