班主任是学生学习生涯中最重要的引路人,班主任的言行举止对学生会产生意想不到的效果。实践证明,班主任只有把人文关怀的种子植入学生的心田,才能让学生不会出现负面的效应。文章围绕四个方面阐述班主任的人文关怀在初中班级管理中的运用。
The class teacher is the most important introducer of a student’s learning career. The class teacher’s demeanor will produce unexpected results for the student. Practice has proved that the class teacher only the seeds of humanistic concern into the heart of students in order to allow students to not have a negative effect. The article elaborates the teacher’s humane care in middle school class management from four aspects.
