一、青少年的生理特点青少年处在成长发育阶段。各项身体素质都处于敏感期,此阶段青少年具有适应活动的能力,但要正确掌握外加负荷和自身可能承受负荷之间的关系。青少年时期肌肉主要是纵向生长,固定关节的力量还很弱,骨骼处于迅速生长时期,过大的负重练习,容易引起关节受伤,抑制骨骼生长。据报道,16-17岁是增长力量的较好时期,可采用中等的负重练习,按照循序渐进的原则安排训练,这样可以促进肌肉横断面积增大,为更好的发展力量打下良好的基础。
