我国企业面临变化和不确定的市场环境，要求建立具有快速性、多品种适应性和可重组性三层特性的灵捷生产系统，以抓住市场机遇。本文针对某小型企业的具体情况，设计了一种基于自治单元的混合生产系统。这个方案采用较少的层次，统一管理生产部门和生产后勤部门；综合运用拉式与推式方法进行生产计划与控制。论文讨论了单元内部的组织机制和可重组性的实现要素。本文对我国中小企业生产系统重构有一定参考价值。
China’s enterprises are facing changes and uncertain market environment, requiring the establishment of a rapid, multi-species adaptability and reorganization of the three characteristics of the agile production system to seize the market opportunities. In this paper, according to the specific conditions of a small business, a hybrid production system based on autonomous units is designed. The program uses fewer levels, unified management of production departments and production logistics departments; integrated use of pull and push methods for production planning and control. The paper discusses the organizational elements within the unit and the reusability of the implementation elements. This article has certain reference value to the reconstruction of production system of our country small and medium-sized enterprise.
