第一章总则第一条 为了加强对我省重点建设项目档案验收的管理,规范项目档案的验收工作,根据《中华人民共和国档案法》、国务院《建设工程质量管理条件》、《湖南省档案管理条例》和国家有关规定,制定本办法。 第二条本办法所指的我省重点建设项目,以湖南省建设厅、省发展计划委员会每年发布的重点建设项目名单为准。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of archives acceptance of key construction projects in our province and standardize the acceptance of archives of projects, according to the archives law of the People’s Republic of China, the State Council’s Construction Project Quality Management Conditions, Regulations "and the relevant state regulations, the development of these Measures. Article 2 The key construction projects in our province referred to in the present Measures shall be subject to the list of key construction projects promulgated by Hunan Provincial Department of Construction and Provincial Development Planning Commission each year.
