散瞳试验是诊断早期闭角青光眼的一种不常用的方法,凡是属于闭角青光眼素质的人,大部分在散瞳试验后不久发生急性眼压升高。还有一部分在试验数天之后发生急性眼压升高,把这一部分称之为散瞳试验的迟发反应。国内周氏已阐述过。我们自1980年以来在临床上遇到的迟发反应病例现报告如下。
Mydriatic test is a less commonly used method of diagnosing early-angle closure glaucoma, and most people with closed-angle glaucoma usually have an acute increase in intraocular pressure shortly after the mydriatic test. Another part of the acute pressure rise after a few days in the test, this part of the mydriatic test called delayed response. Zhou’s domestic has been described. The cases of late-onset reactions that we have encountered clinically since 1980 are reported below.
