原苏联于 192 1年到 193 0年间实施的“新经济政策” ,是苏联党和人民探索建设社会主义国家的一种社会实践活动。在这一活动中 ,斯大林作为党的最高领导者 ,对“新经济政策”在思想上的认识 ,在理论上的阐述 ,在实践上的表现 ,反映了“新经济政策”与苏联社会主义建设过程具有十分密切的关系。
The “new economic policy” implemented by the former Soviet Union between 1921 and 1930 was a social practice initiated by the Soviet Party and its people in exploring and building a socialist country.
