党委要加强对工会工作的领导 ,重视工会工作 ,这是不容置疑的。但是 ,许多工会干部常常抱怨他所在单位的党委对工会工作不很重视 ,领导得也不很得力。这是为什么？问题出在重视工会工作没有完全见之于具体行动上。也就是说 ,党委的重视仅仅停留在报告文件上 ,而没有真正抓落实
It is indisputable that the party committees should strengthen the leadership over trade union work and attach importance to the work of trade unions. However, many trade union cadres often complain that the Party committees in their units do not attach much importance to the work of trade unions and their leadership is not very effective. Why is that? The problem is that paying attention to the work of the trade unions does not completely depend on concrete actions. In other words, the emphasis attached by the party committees only stays on the report paper, but it has not really been implemented
