肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)在疟疾的感染过程中有明显的双重作用。疟原虫抗原可刺激TNF释放,TNF反过来对疟原虫又具有杀伤和抑制作用,也同时导致多种病理改变。本文着重综述了近几年TNF在疟疾感染中作用的最新进展,探讨TNF在疟疾感染中的利弊,为疟疾的治疗提供一定的理论依据。
Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) has a significant dual role in the malaria infection. Plasmodium antigens stimulate the release of TNF, TNF in turn has the killing and inhibition of Plasmodium, but also lead to a variety of pathological changes. This review focuses on the recent advances in the role of TNF in malaria infection and the pros and cons of TNF in malaria infection and provides some theoretical evidences for the treatment of malaria.
