目的 了解平塘县2004-2016年肺结核疫情的流行病学分布特征,分析和探讨其变化规律,为今后制定防治对策提供科学依据.方法 对国家传染病报告信息管理系统中的2004-2016年肺结核监测报告数据进行统计分析.结果 2004-2016年平塘县肺结核报告病例为5 739例,年平均发病率为138.01/10万,发病以2007年为高峰,随后呈逐渐下降趋势.男女性别比为2.21∶1.发病年龄以20～69岁为主,占80.08％.职业分布以农民为主,占86.89％;其次是学生,占3.97％.结论 2004-2016年平塘县肺结核发病率呈逐渐下降趋势,防控重点人群是农民,其次是学生.“,”Objective The epidemiological distribution characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Pingtang County,in 2004-2016 were investigated,and the variation rule was analyzed to provide scientific basis for the formulation of preventive countermeasure.Methods Statistical analysis was carried out on pulmonary tuberculosis monitoring data in 2004-2016 collected from National Infectious Diseases Reporting Information System.Results In 2004-2016,there were 5 739 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in Pingtang County,with the annual average incidence of 138.01/100 000.After the peak in 2007,the incidence declined gradually.The male-to-female ratio was 2.21∶ 1.The peak age of onset was 20 ～ 69,accounting for 80.08％.In term of occupation,farmer occupied the majority (86.89％),followed by student (3.97％).Conclusion The incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in Pingtang County in 2004-2016 showed a declining tendency,the analysis indicates that the target groups of preventive control are farmers and students.
