浙江精工集团自组建以来,运用自身灵活的运行机制,走多元化、规模化的发展之路,经过近几年的不断探索和调整,到目前为止,已形成了以机械制造、新型建筑建材为主导,房地产开发、连锁商业为补充的综合发展格局。1997年,集团完成工业总产值4亿元,销售收入已突破3亿,实现利税4000万元,分别比上年增长了82％、93％、48％。
