一、对于试题类型的分析近几年,劳动法试题的结构一直保持一种比较稳定的结构,客观题40分,分为单选题20分(20×1’);多选20分(10×2’);主观题60分,分为名词解释12分(4×3’);简答15分(3×5’);论述15分(1×15’);案例分析18分(2×9’).从历年的考试情况看,题型的主要难点在于多选和案例分析;尤其是案例分析,许多同学难于把握要点作出解答,尽管对于知识点记忆非常清楚,但是不会运用来解决案件。多选题的丢分也比较高,突出表现在知识点的比较分析不够,掌握了一个知识点但是不会与其他知识点进行比较分析,得出结论。多选题有几个出的像一个小案例题,这也是近年劳动法考试的又一个特点。.其他相对而言,都是书本知识的简答重复,不强调运用,比较容易。
