加州食品卫生法令洛杉矶中餐业者怨声载道2014年1月1日生效的美国加州食品卫生法要求加州所有餐馆的厨师、酒吧服务员以及直接接触熟食的餐饮从业者都必须戴一次性塑料手套,以防“病从口入”。洛杉矶某中餐馆厨师李先生认为这项法规对中餐业来讲行不通:“我们切菜、切肉靠的是手感,但戴上手套手感就没了,我们不仅要用眼睛看着切,切菜的速度和质量也会大大降低。再说,戴着塑料手套炒菜很容易着火,造成手部烫伤。”
