首先给出了电站锅炉炉水Na/PO4 摩尔比R的计算公式 ,然后讨论了该计算公式的实现方法 ,并对该计算公式进行了误差分析 ,指出pH值的测量精度对R值的影响大于磷酸根测量精度的影响。文中给出了基于C2 0 0Hα系列PLC的炉水R值的计算程序梯形图。
The calculation formula of Na / PO4 mole ratio R in power plant boiler water is given firstly. Then the realization method of the calculation formula is discussed, and the error analysis of the calculation formula is given. It is pointed out that the influence of pH measurement accuracy on R value is greater than Effect of phosphate measurement accuracy.
