教师的职业能力在培养符合企业需求的人才方面起着决定性的作用。文章从供用电技术专业的人才培养目标和课程体系出发,分析了教师专业理论知识和实践技能方面的职业能力构成,并提出企业培训和技能鉴定是提高教师职业能力的重要途径。
The professional competence of teachers plays a decisive role in fostering talent that meets the needs of the business. Based on the talent cultivation objectives and curriculum system for the major of power technology, this paper analyzes the composition of professional competence in teachers ’professional theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and puts forward that enterprise training and skill identification are important ways to improve teachers’ professional ability.
