幼儿在从幼儿园进入小学这个过渡阶段,做好幼小衔接的工作是关键,就这一问题我从三方面浅谈怎样做好幼小衔接。首先,做好幼小衔接从激发幼儿的内在需求入手,以培养幼儿时间观念,让幼儿有能力支配自己的时间;建立规则意识,让幼儿有独立发展的机会;着重培养幼儿的认同情感,让幼儿有升小学的思想准备。其次,做好幼小衔接以阅读为主的切入,通过对阅读活动的认识,去确立大班幼儿阅读目标、方法及教师指导方法,初步尝试形成以阅读为主线的大班幼小衔接。最后,做好幼小衔接从初步学会与同伴交际入手,以户外体育活动去培养幼儿初步与同伴合作交往的能力。
