作者报告输注同基因外周血白细胞治疗1例阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿(PNH)的再生障碍性贫血的情况。患者系一24岁妇女,贫血症状明显,有多发性皮肤粘膜出血及肉眼血红蛋白尿。肝、脾、淋巴腺不大。血红蛋白8.3克%,网织红细胞1.6%,白细胞1,800。中性粒细胞17%,血小板1万,骨髓活检标本显示细胞过少,为脂肪髓,间有前期红系细胞灶。汉姆试验、蔗糖溶血试验、罗氏试验均阳性。库姆试验阴性。白细胞碱性磷酸酶降低。乳酸脱氢酶增高。血清铁、铁结合力、血清总胆红质正常。血清肝炎抗原阴性。14天内给予总数7.1×10~(10)外周血白细胞(相当于
The authors report a case of aplastic anemia of paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) treated with the same peripheral blood leukocytes. The patient is a 24-year-old woman with significant anemia and multiple cutaneous mucosal hemorrhage and gross hemoglobinuria. Liver, spleen, lymph nodes is not large. 8.3 grams of hemoglobin, reticulocyte 1.6%, 1,800 leukocytes. 17% of neutrophils, platelets 1 million, bone marrow biopsy specimens show too little cells for the fatty marrow, between pre-erythroid cells. Ham test, sucrose hemolysis test, Roche test were positive. Qom test negative. Leukocyte alkaline phosphatase decreased. Lactate dehydrogenase increased.
