我国的电子信息产业基础薄弱,存在着技术创新不够、投入不足、成果转化率低、电子信息产业技术创新环境较差以及人才缺失等问题。因此我们就要采用政府引导、扶持、外资技术合作、人才引进以及企业加强自主创新等对策和措施,来改善我国电子信息产业技术创新的环境,从而使相关企业的创新能力和生产技术得到提高。
The foundation of China’s electronic information industry is weak. There are some problems such as insufficient technological innovation, insufficient input, low conversion rate of achievements, poor technological innovation environment of electronic information industry and lack of qualified personnel. Therefore, we must adopt such measures and measures as government guidance, support, foreign-funded technical cooperation, introduction of talents and enterprises’ strengthening of independent innovation so as to improve the environment for technological innovation in China’s electronic information industry so that the innovation capability and production technology of related enterprises can be improved.
