77型升降双面刨,上下刀架和导料滑轮能平直地夹住板料通过操作台;上下刀片同时工作,板料可一次两面刨光。刨出的板料光滑平直,而且又可减少上下翻转和搬动次数,因此,工效大为提高。该刨还可以根据板料的不同品种、厚薄及所需进料速度分别调整平台高低、变速装置,以取得适当的进料间隙和进料速度;另外,对波形翘曲的板材也可以加工(图5)。
