目前的经济调整对汽车制造和销售企业产生了很大影响,有不少生产厂家采取了限产和部分停产的措施以缓解暂时的困难、大批汽车滞留在生产厂和经销部门造成严重的资金周转失灵。虽然,国家已拨出部分款项用来收购计划内的汽车,但是并未最终把这些汽车投入运行,变为生产能力。这种现象在其它一度过热生产的部门也不同程度的存在着,由于汽车的单件产值较大,与汽车相关的行业从业人员较多,所以这种现象后果更为严重。
