针对装备制造中轴承失效往往引起整个设备或机构的重大故障等问题,基于ANSYS对某双列深沟球轴承的动态接触特性进行仿真研究,以充分认识并掌握轴承动态力学特性及工作状态。双列深沟球轴承的动力学性能仿真结果与利用赫兹点接触理论获得解析计算结果基本吻合,为后续双列深沟球轴承动态下特性设计提供了相关依据和参考。
Aiming at the problems that the failure of bearing in equipment manufacturing often causes the whole equipment or the organization to break down greatly, the dynamic contact characteristics of a double row deep groove ball bearing are simulated based on ANSYS to fully understand and grasp the dynamic characteristics of bearings and working conditions. The simulation results of the dynamic performance of double row deep groove ball bearings are in good agreement with those obtained by the Hertzian point contact theory and provide the basis and references for the design of the dynamic characteristics of the subsequent double row deep groove ball bearings.
