目的探讨手足口病(hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD)患儿超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitivity c-reactive protein,hs-CRP)联合CK-MB检测对早期心肌损伤的预测价值。方法检测438例早期手足口病患儿治疗前后血清hs CRP与CK-MB水平,并与45例健康儿童检测结果进行对比。结果 HFMD患儿血清hs-CRP与CK-MB水平显著高于健康对照组,经治疗后hs-CRP与CK-MB水平明显下降。同时,心电图检测异常者hs-CRP和CK-MB改变亦较心电图正常者明显。结论 hs-CRP为HFMD心肌损伤病变早期的敏感指标,CK-MB对判断HFMD所致的心肌损害有高度特异性,联合检测CK-MB与hs-CRP可以为手足口病的早期诊治提供一定的科学依据。
Objective To investigate the predictive value of hs-CRP and CK-MB in early myocardial injury in hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD). Methods The serum hs CRP and CK-MB levels in 438 children with early-stage HFMD were detected before and after treatment. The results were compared with those of 45 healthy children. Results The serum levels of hs-CRP and CK-MB in children with HFMD were significantly higher than those in healthy controls. The levels of hs-CRP and CK-MB in HFMD children were significantly decreased after treatment. At the same time, ECG abnormalities were hs-CRP and CK-MB changes were also more obvious than normal ECG. Conclusions hs-CRP is a sensitive indicator of early myocardial damage in HFMD. CK-MB is highly specific for judging HFMD-induced myocardial damage. Combined detection of CK-MB and hs-CRP may provide some early diagnosis and treatment of HFMD. Scientific basis.
