目的为了探究亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR C677T)和甲硫氨酸合成酶(MS A2756G)基因型和四川省内非梗阻性不育男性的相关性。方法我们选取了162名男性不育样本(100名无精症患者和62名少弱精症患者)和50名正常可育男性样本做相关性研究。多态性位点A1298C和A2756G的检测用DNA测序法,然后对得出的结果进行统计分析。结果我们发现男性不育组和正常对照组中两个位点的各个基因型之间没有联系。我们接着把162名不育的患者分为100名无精组和62名少弱精组后,分别与正常对照组比较,同样没能发现无精组、少弱精组和正常对照组有显著的统计学差异。结论我们的研究表明MTHFR A1298C和MS A2756G这两个多态性位点不是男性不育的风险因子。我们在四川人群中没能发现这两种多态性位点与男性不育有相关联系。
Objective To investigate the association of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR C677T) and methionine synthase (MS A2756G) genotypes with non-obstructive infertile men in Sichuan Province. Methods We selected 162 male infertility samples (100 patients with azoospermia and 62 patients with oligozoospermia) and 50 normal fertile male samples for relevance. Detection of the polymorphic sites A1298C and A2756G was performed by DNA sequencing and the results were statistically analyzed. Results We found no correlation between genotypes at two loci in the male sterile group and the normal control group. We then divided 162 infertile patients into 100 azoospermic group and 62 oligoasthenospermia group, respectively, compared with the normal control group, also failed to find azoospermia, oligoasthenospermia group and the normal control group was significant The statistical difference. Conclusions Our study shows that the two polymorphic sites MTHFR A1298C and MS A2756G are not risk factors for male infertility. We did not find these two polymorphisms in Sichuan population associated with male infertility.
