《中共中央关于进一步繁荣发展哲学社会科学的意见》,阐述了繁荣发展哲学社会科学在建设中国特色社会主义中的重要地位和重大作用,以及繁荣发展哲学社会科学的任务、方针、目标、措施。《意见》强调,要坚持为人民服务、为社会主义服务的方向和百花齐放、百家争鸣的方针,努力营造生动活泼、求真务实的学术环境,提倡不同学术观点、学术流派的争鸣和切磋,提倡说理充分的批评与反批评。
