随着宋代社会经济的不断发展,建设桥梁的要求日益迫切。对辖区内的桥梁建造,地方行政长官被朝廷赋予了兼管职责。四川地区的社会经济也得到了飞速发展,在已有成就的基础上,桥梁建设取得了显著的成就。一些州县长官在桥梁修建中发挥了重要作用,大大地改善了当地百姓的生产生活条件,有利地推动了地方经济的繁荣发展。但是,由于许多州县政府的财力比较有限、资金管理不善和科技水平不高,使得宋代四川州县长官在桥梁建设中的作用受到相当大程度的限制。
With the continuous development of the social economy in the Song Dynasty, the requirements for building a bridge have become increasingly urgent. For the construction of the bridge within the jurisdiction, the local chief executive is given the responsibility of the court. The social economy in Sichuan has also witnessed rapid development. Based on the achievements made, the bridge construction has made remarkable achievements. Some prefectures and county magistrates played an important role in the bridge construction, which greatly improved the production and living conditions of local people and favorably promoted the prosperity and development of the local economy. However, due to the limited financial resources, the poor management of funds and the low level of science and technology in many prefectures and counties, the role of Sichuan prefectures and counties in Song Dynasty in the bridge construction has been severely restricted.
