所谓HSE管理体系也就是健康、安全、环境的管理体系,是近年来国际上石油天然气工业同行的管理体系。该管理体系是将各行各业的成功管理经验融合在一起而研究出来的,充分体现出了现代石油天然气行业的规范化运作,是石油天然气企业走向国际市场的重要标志。但是在实际工作中,石油天然气企业在运用该体系过程中仍然存在一定的问题。本文主要分析了石油企业HSE监督管理的现状和存在的问题,然后根据这些问题提出了相应的对策与建议,以供大家参考。
The so-called HSE management system is the management system of health, safety and environment. It is an international management system of oil and gas industry peers in recent years. The management system is developed by combining the successful management experiences of all trades and professions and fully reflects the standardized operation of the modern oil and gas industry and is an important symbol of the oil and gas enterprises going to the international market. However, in practical work, oil and gas companies still have some problems in using this system. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of HSE supervision and management in petroleum enterprises, and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to these problems for your reference.
