价格工作政策性强、涉及面广,关系广大人民群众的切身利益,社会关注程度越来越高。截止2001年底,全国各地价格部门共召开了近千次价格听证会,其中社会影响较大的有60-70次。2001年8月1日《政府价格决策听证暂行办法》正式实施以来,国家计委和地方价格部门分别举行了铁路公路客运票价、医疗收费、居民用电价格等决策听证会。这些实践为我国进一步完善价格听证制度提供了宝贵经验。为实现政府价格决策听证的规范化、制度化、程序化,国家计委组织召开部分省市价格听证工作经验交流会,共同探讨如何进一步做好价格听证工作。
The policy of price work is strong, covering a wide range of issues, and has an immediate bearing on the vital interests of the broad masses of the people, and the social concern is getting higher and higher. By the end of 2001, the price departments across the country held a total of nearly 1,000 price hearings, of which 60-70 were the major social impacts. Since August 1, 2001, the Provisional Measures for Hearing the Government Price Decision has been officially implemented, the State Development Planning Commission and the local price departments respectively held decision hearings on the fares for railways, medical charges and residential electricity prices of the railway highways. These practices provide valuable experience for our country to further perfect the system of price hearing. In order to standardize, institutionalize and proceduralize the hearings on government price decisions, the State Planning Commission organized and held exchange sessions on experiences of price hearing in some provinces and cities to discuss how to further conduct price hearing.
