本文提出一种简便的测定利血平荧光分析法。其原理是利血平与六氨钴三碳酸钴盐(HCTC)在醋酸溶液中氧化形成黄绿色荧光,用于测定利血平及制剂。

This paper presents a simple method for the determination of reserpine fluorescence. The principle is that reserpine and hexamine cobalt cobalt carbonate salt (HCTC) oxidation in acetic acid solution to form yellow-green fluorescence for the determination of reserpine and preparations.
