草莓是一种经济价值较高的小型浆果,系多年生草本植物。果实呈鲜红色,柔软多汁,酸甜可口,气味芳香。据测定,每百克鲜果中含维生素 C 约60毫克,是苹果、梨的7—10倍。果实除鲜食外,还可加工成草莓酱、酒、果汁等多种制品。草莓适应性强,生长快,收益早,一般头年栽植,次年即可获得较高的产量。现将栽培技术简介如下:
