近年来,随着燃煤热电厂在亚洲国家的建设和发展,燃煤副产品(包括:煤灰、石膏和煤灰渣)的数量增长很快。中国每年燃煤副产品的排放量预计超过4亿t,印度每年排放量大约为1.3亿t,印度尼西亚每年排放量大约为0.3亿t,日本每年排放量为0.1亿t。据报道,煤燃烧副产品排放量巨大而且增长十分迅猛。燃煤副产品的有效利用技术在亚洲国家才刚刚起步。在日本,很多有效技术的发展与积累离不开日本经济、贸易与工业部(Ministry of Economy,Trade and Industry)的巨大经济支持。收集关于燃煤副产品在亚洲国家的实际利用现状的相关信息,将日本的有效利用技术传播到这些国家,与这些国家就燃煤副产品的有效利用技术进行交流,具有十分重要的意义。概述了燃煤副产品在日本的应用技术现状及发展前景。
In recent years, with the construction and development of coal-fired thermal power plants in Asian countries, the quantity of coal-fired by-products (including coal ash, gypsum and coal ash) has been rapidly increasing. China’s annual coal-fired by-product emissions are estimated to exceed 400 million tons, India’s annual emissions of about 130 million tons, Indonesia’s annual emissions of about 30 million tons, Japan’s annual emissions of 10 million tons. It is reported that the emissions of coal combustion by-products are huge and growing very rapidly. The efficient use of coal by-products in Asian countries has just started. In Japan, the development and accumulation of many effective technologies can not be separated from the tremendous economic support of Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. It is of great importance to collect relevant information on the actual utilization of coal-fired by-products in Asian countries and to disseminate Japan’s efficient use of technology to these countries in exchange for the efficient use of coal-fired by-products. The current status and development prospects of coal-based by-products in Japan are summarized.
