利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、压缩蠕变装置研究稀土元素Gd对复合材料显微组织及蠕变性能的影响。结果表明,加入适当的Gd,使基体中α-Mg相得到了明显的细化,β-Mg17Al12相和Mg2Si相分布更为弥散。当Gd加入量为1.0%时,复合材料的各相分布均匀,晶粒细化效果最佳,抗蠕变性能得到了改善,蠕变应变量由未添加Gd时的4.30%减小到0.45%。
The effects of rare earth element Gd on the microstructure and creep properties of the composites were investigated by optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and compression creep apparatus. The results show that the addition of appropriate Gd makes the α-Mg phase of the matrix significantly refined and the distribution of β-Mg17Al12 phase and Mg2Si phase more dispersed. When the amount of Gd is 1.0%, the phases of the composites are distributed evenly, the grain refinement effect is the best, the creep resistance is improved, and the creep strain is reduced from 4.30% without Gd to 0.45% .
