2007年秋季,解放军艺术学院文学系开办了全军宣传干部文学素养班,对来自全军14个大单位的23名干部进行文学素养培训。在近5个月的培训之后,通过专家教授点评作品、学员交流创作体会、研讨文学热点问题等举措,全面展示了任职培训成果,增强了学员创作研究的信心。这里,我们摘要刊登与会人员的发言,以飨读者。
In the fall of 2007, the Liberation Army Academy of Arts Department of Literature launched the army propaganda cadre literature literacy class, and carried out literature literacy training for 23 cadres from 14 large units of the entire army. After nearly five months of training, the experts and professors reviewed works, trainees exchanged ideas and discussed issues such as literature hotspots, fully demonstrating the training results and enhancing the confidence of students’ creative research. Here, we summarize the speeches of the participants to readers.
