目的观察缬沙坦对治疗老年高血压左室肥厚中抗重塑作用。方法对40例老年原发性高血压左心室肥厚患者应用缬沙坦片治疗80mg/d,疗程1年。采用心脏彩超观测左心室各参数变化。结果患者LVMI与治疗前比较明显降低(P<0.001)。结论缬沙坦能有效逆转左室肥厚。
Objective To observe the anti-remodeling effect of valsartan in the treatment of left ventricular hypertrophy in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 40 elderly patients with essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy were treated with valsartan 80mg / d for 1 year. The left ventricular parameters were measured by echocardiography. Results LVMI was significantly lower than before treatment (P <0.001). Conclusion Valsartan can effectively reverse left ventricular hypertrophy.
