目前,对于油气管道、电缆和其它埋地的金属构筑物,在工程地质勘察时,通常都要测定它们所在地区的土壤电阻率。对于金属管道来说,土壤电阻率是确定它防腐等级的重要依据。一阶段管、三阶段管和硅酸盐自应力管中的钢筋,在多数情况下是处于钝化状态。但是,由于土壤的腐蚀性、混凝土保护层的缺陷或者由于这二个因素的同时存在,可能导致钢筋被腐蚀,以致管子遭到破坏。另外,在水泥输水管线中,往往还使用一定数量的金属配件,防止它的腐蚀也是很重要的。
At present, for oil and gas pipelines, cables, and other buried metal structures, the soil resistivity of the areas where they are located is usually measured during geological surveys. For metal pipes, the soil resistivity is an important basis for determining its degree of corrosion protection. The steel in the first-stage pipe, the three-stage pipe, and the silicate self-stressing pipe are passivated in most cases. However, due to the corrosiveness of the soil, defects in the protective layer of the concrete, or due to the simultaneous presence of these two factors, corrosion of the steel bars may be caused and the pipes may be damaged. In addition, it is also very important to use a certain amount of metal fittings in the cement water pipeline to prevent it from corroding.
