美国球员与中国球员,对待个人利益与集体利益的取舍方式,反映了两种不同文化和思维积淀的相映成趣。美国更强调个人发展的理念。公民可以独立表达观点,在遵循公序良俗的前提下做任何事情。而国人的一大积弊便是在社会与公民关系中,在集体与个人利益的博弈中过重地强调前者。
The way in which American players and Chinese players deal with personal interests and collective interests reflects the symbiosis between two different cultures and their accumulation of thinking. The United States places more emphasis on the concept of personal development. Citizens can express their opinions independently and do everything under the precept of following public order and good customs. One of the big drawbacks for the Chinese people is to over-emphasize the former in the game between the interests of the collective and the individual in the relations between the society and the citizens.
